Entering the Lost Zone: 5 Pokemon TCG Decks
What’s poppin’ Po Town readers? Have you explored the Lost Zone lately? The Lost Zone is an interesting way to play the Pokemon TCG because it requires you to send cards that can never be brought back to gain an advantage with some specific cards. Most notably, after you get four cards in the Lost Zone, you can attack for free with Cramorant [Lost Origin], seven allows you to accelerate Energy with Mirage Gate [Lost Origin], and ten cards allows you to spread damage counters with Sableye [Lost Origin]. There are a few more specific ones, but those are the basic inclusions to many Lost Zone decks! While there are many different ways to play these decks, I decided to share my favorite five ways to play Lost Zone Box and share tournament successful lists for each version! If you need any of the cards to build these decks on PTCG Live, be sure to use code zlesage5 right here at the PoTown Store! Let’s jump into the core strategy of most Lost Zone Box decks!

The 10 Best Pokemon Tech Cards
What’s poppin’ Po Town readers? I’m back with an awesome Pokemon TCG article that is certainly going to spice up your life! Have you ever heard of tech cards? Tech cards are cards that typically aren’t featured in a deck, but they can often add new win conditions. A good example would be adding Drapion V [Lost Origin] into your Arceus VSTAR [Brilliant Stars] / Duraludon VMAX [Evolving Skies] deck to have a better matchup against a Mew VMAX [Fusion Strike] deck. They aren’t always going to be effective, but in the right circumstances, they can add a certain element of surprise to your deck! This article will share some of the hottest tech cards that you can add to your decks, explain why, and what decks they can see success in! If you need to pick up any of these cards for your decks on PTCG Live, use code zlesage5 here at the PoTown store to save 5% off your code cards. If you need extra Credits, try picking up 400 codes of a set that you haven’t collected on Live yet, like Sword and Shield, to get a bunch of extra Credits (and cards to complete your collection). Let’s jump into these tech cards!

Counter the Metagame: Arceus VSTAR / Giratina VSTAR / Flying Pikachu VMAX
What’s poppin’ Po Town readers? Are you ready to explore our new Paldea Region? You might be wondering what I’m even talking about, but lemme explain! We are switching from our Sword and Shield to Crown Zenith format to our new E-block on format. Add our new Scarlet and Violet set in there, too, and the Standard metagame has flipped on its head. I’ve heard talk from many top players on Mew VMAX [Fusion Strike], Gardevoir ex [Scarlet and Violet], Lost Zone Box, Miraidon ex [Scarlet and Violet], and Giratina VSTAR [Lost Origin] decks, but I have a different idea! Arceus VSTAR [Brilliant Stars] / Giratina VSTAR / Flying Pikachu VMAX [Celebrations] is here and ready to shake up the metagame! Arceus VSTAR is great at accelerating Energy, Giratina VSTAR can OHKO anything, and Flying Pikachu VMAX should be able to deal with most single Prize Card attackers, right? The best Scarlet and Violet deck - Gardevoir ex!
What’s poppin’ Po Town readers? Are you excited about the release of the Scarlet and Violet base set on PTCG Live? I know I am, but there is a lot going on right now! If you haven’t been keeping up with the Pokemon community lately, let me keep you updated on some important dates. Scarlet and Violet release on PTCGL on March 30, we rotate to “E-block” on the format on April 14 (effectively losing Sword and Shield to Shining Fates), and PTCGO won’t be receiving new cards from this point forward. Whether you love it or hate it, you’ll be forced into migrating to PTCGL if you wanna play Scarlet and Violet, but I think the game will only get better with more players actively playing it. One of the stand-out decks from the Scarlet and Violet base set and our upcoming rotation is Gardevoir ex [Scarlet and Violet]. Riku Sato already piloted it to a solid 2nd place out of over 3000 competitors at the recent Champions League Aichi Pokemon tournament in Japan so we already have a great idea about what the archetype should look like! In this article, I’ll share Sato’s list, explain the strategy, and more! If you wanna pick up some Pokemon TCG codes to build this deck instantly, head over to the PoTown store! I recommend picking up 400 Scarlet and Violet base set codes to complete most of the set and have some leftover Credits too! Let’s jump into this list!
